Keynote Speakers at WIAMIS'08

First keynote speakers confirmed. Horst Bischof from TU Graz will give a keynote about "Robust Person Detection for Surveillance using Online learning" and Jens-Rainer Ohm from RWTH Aachen will also give a keynote (title to be announced).
